Terms of service

Last updated: 13 July 2026.

Who you're dealing with

Webvigor is the trading name of Peter Trevelyan-Johnson, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of webvigor.co.uk and any audit you order through it.

The service

We produce website audit reports: automated and expert-reviewed assessments of a website's performance, security, SEO, AI search visibility, conversion and accessibility. The free site scan is a one-page automated snapshot; paid audits are fuller deliverables as described on the pricing page at the time of order.

You may only submit a website you own or are authorised to have audited. Our crawler is polite and read-only; it does not attempt to log in, submit forms with real data, or access non-public areas (see the privacy policy for the full crawl exclusions).

Ordering, payment and delivery

Your report

Once delivered and paid for, your audit report is yours: share it with your team, your agency, or any contractor you choose. What you may not do is resell the report, or republish it (in whole or in substantial part) as your own audit product.

What an audit is — and isn't

An audit is a professional assessment at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of search rankings, a penetration test, a certification of legal compliance, or legal advice. Findings are prioritised recommendations based on the evidence our pipeline captured on the day it ran; websites change, and third-party services (hosting, search engines, AI assistants) change how they behave without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any audit is capped at the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost revenue, lost data) arising from your use of, or reliance on, a report.

Cancellation and refunds

Refund terms are set out in full in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Because audit work begins immediately on payment and completes within 24 hours, you agree that performance starts at once; statutory cancellation rights for digital services supplied with your express consent are affected accordingly, and your Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections are not.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep any protections and forum rights your local law gives you.
